1. Parking : Chobham is a Village location and as such parking can be restrictive. The Club are intending to open the on-field car park to the right as you drive in and we would ask that you use this car park as a first choice.
2. Referees: These have been allocated by the London Society and have been confirmed by Suzanne Whealing from London Society. Referees will be using the blue portacabin, right hand changing room for their belongings and changing, showering etc..
3. First Aid; We would encourage all teams to have adequate first aid / physio assistance on the day where possible, and Chobham have two qualified paramedics who will be on standby and St Peters Hospital at Chertsey is a short 5 minute drive away if there is a more serious injury.
4. Pitches ; Pitch 1 is directly outside the Clubhouse and has the pitchside barriers.
We are playing on Pitch 3 which is accessed through the hedgerow on the far side of Pitch 1 and is to the right .
5. The Control table for the day is located in the main Clubhouse next to the TV screen. All scores must be notified to the Control table.
6. There are bar and food facilities available, but meals will not be provided to the teams due to the numbers involved. Please bring along appropriate sustanance.
7. Changing rooms ; There are limited facilities for changing rooms and teams should come prepared to play. Matches 1,2,3 and 4 will have allocated changing rooms in the main Clubhouse.
We are Match 5 so therefore there is no changing room allocated. Please arrive ready to play.
8. We are hoping the weather forecast is good for the weekend but please come prepared with plenty of water and food !!
