The final League game of the season saw Chobham visit us at Chipstead

Chipstead needed a decent performance after the previous weeks loss to Cobham

Chobham needed a bonus point win to have a chance of promotion.

Chobham had some last minute cry offs and only had 14 lads - Josh Matthews showed the true spirit of Rugby when he played the entire game for them as as ever gave his all - I think he enjoyed being a winger.

The game kicked off and from the start Chipstead were putting pressure on Chobham - great defending by Chobham a stolen ball on their own 5m line - a kick - unlucky bounce (for us) and a try to Chobham

The game evened up with both teams having phases of attack and defence - despite being short of numbers Chobham proved the better team on the day and crossed for two more scores to gain their bonus point win
