You can check that you have registered you or your child as a player with Chipstead RFC through the RFU Game Management System, which is a critical step to hold sufficient insurance to participate in rugby. Without this registration, you or your child may not be properly insured.

This process needs to be completed at the start of every new season.

Checking that you are registered with Chipstead RFC is simple:

1. Log onto the RFU GMS
2. Click onto the player's name (you need to do this for each sibling separately)
3. Select "Edit registration" from the list of links on the right hand side
4. Complete the short registration form
5. Make sure you Add Club "Chipstead RFC"
6. Save your registration

This is a very quick and simple process and will make sure that you and your player has the coverage they need.

You can check the status of your Club Registration in your ‘My Organisations’ box. The request will remain amber until the club has approved it.
